Agreed and noted with the caveat that saving lives trinket for PVP and Hand of Wisdom otherwise. On 'dead servers', saving lives isn't useful.

I think you should replace your frenetic with a moonbow. +20% chance to crit is vastly superior to the 10ish strength you gain with frenetic.

I don't think Ring of Infinite (Expanded capacity) effects Jacques himself so don't think this is worthwhile over another Soul Blade for a human army.

As both the -2 second cooldown and +20% heal are important on Vega to get both you have to use the epic 'Eldritch' set. It's definitely not ideal in terms of stats but still worth it imo.

I'm not quite prepared to put that down as BiS just yet but that is most certainly interesting. Eldritch + Justice Rod but you'd lose quite a few stats. Certainly you could make some of that up by proc'ing a flawless Eldritch set and wouldn't be too terrible expensive to do as it's only 150 alchemy stones per attempt.
