Payment/Secure Device

Hello, i have this problem where the game is saying that i cant buy things from a device that is not secured, but i did bought something 2 days ago, did anyone else got this problem?

I already tried to restart the game , phone, clear cache, deleted and reinstalled the game.

I have the same problem, getting this error on both my tablets and on my new phone. Custumer support no reply.

I didn't get anything, but the money was withdrawn from my debit card for Lilith games on behalf of 38 TL. I'm asking you to solve this problem. This is so annoying. I demand the refund of the money.

Same issue here, occurred when i bought my new phone... i was able to buy 2 bundles in april in may tho, money is gone but the rewards never came in the game...
Any news on this subject ?

i'm facing the same issue too, bought growth fund and 30 days gems pack around last week, now i no matter what i try to buy, i get the device not secured error... tried contacting customer service from in game, along with screenshot, but ticket submission always fails.. checked online on other websites, including reddit... but everyone who has faced this problem.. has no solution till now... i'm not even sure if lilith is looking into this. All my other games are working perfectly fine, buying bundles for other games is no problem at all.

Hi, have you resolved your problems about purchases made but did not receive the item? I just encountered one today too, the payment has been deducted on my account and yet i didnt receive the ingame bundle.

I have same problem, and impossible to contact lilith ... iv tried email and still nothing.
