I just got banned today

Worst off I charged to v10 today

Is there any successful unbanned?

To everyone that has been banned and customer service has failed to respond, from what I understand whatever software they are using, the decison/action taken is final.
Its very sad that Lilith choose to deal with its customers in this way but its big business and the small fish are ignored.
Basically they are saying that if you have an issue with their decision take your business elsewhere.
