Void Message in Chinese?

Void Message in Chinese?

When I try to enter a new dimension the following message appears.
I have no clue what to do, because unfortunately i dont understand chinese.

That problem had my friend. It's mean that you should move out from capital to continue. Just settle in any city except capital.

Thx, that was exactly the solution.

Btw, meanwhile the problem seems to be fixed, i get a proper english message.
