[Suggest] Remove Borrowing in Void Mirror

Fri Sep 29, 2017 3:39 pm

Hello,

I would suggest to remove the borrowing functionality from the void mirror. I think it should stay a one man thing. It kills the skill and strategy to be able to borrow all gold from all you friends... You can come in with these 6 max ? gold troops and kill it all, not worth it imo.

Any thoughts ?

Cheers

Personally i like the challenge but for smaller players i can see the advantage of being able to borrow troops to help get more resources and continue to grow. If the small guys got more resources then we got more to raid so it works both ways. Having it without borrow then its just another tactics school.

Seems weird to me that it doesn't follow the tactics school no-borrow rules.

There should be no borrowing and they should balance the challenge based on your current race. Right now, some of the early-mid challenges are crazy without borrowing of units.

Timer challenges are for Humanoids Mostly
While the no casualties goes to the Lich race

Things just don't mix up. Specifically, Stage 31 isn't very friendly for Lich players. While the rest are easier after.

its was built around the idea of borrowing units to beat setups. No one race counters all things really.

-1 to the idea of this, sorry.

Yeah, but you can only place 3 borrowed units. It's not built for that purpose, borrowing is meant to support the player, to make it easier, not to set it as a difficult measure for the whole Void Mirror stages. If you're required to borrow just to perfect a stage, it shouldn't allow you to enter from the first place without borrowing the units first.

Where does it even says Void Mirror was built around the idea of borrowing?

just seems the only logical way to beat it - a wild assumption only.

Terrible idea. Leave the borrowing in place, everyone will be happier
