States reduces heal time of garrison troops only, lvl 7 spears 3m 57 seconds for me normal, 3m 57 seconds for garrison but i have the skill convalensence maxed out, same happens on other researches for heal times of garrisoned units
So did i research this to be scammed? Lol

Garrison buff for HP and attack doesnt seem to work either. If I look at the stats of units in a replay, it shows the base stats.
Additionally, guildmember tested the grasslands bonus and says it does nothing in terms of either health or damage.

Either half of the new academy is bugged or theres some visual glitches going on.
