Information about this game for a wiki is slowly coming out. It would be cool to see a server that everything is free, 100% injury rate and free troop rush. Just so people can try out things, test strategies and would be able to help a lot with the wiki. The ability to adjust troop levels and research up and down. Probably a lot of effort to program but would be interesting to see.

No reason for this, a lot of people would just leave the actual servers and play only on the test servers.

Limit the population, limit access. Just saying it would make things easier in any case.

Never seen something like this is any game I have played. Closest thing to your idea would be a test realm or an open beta.

Well, I do see this game as being in Beta, with how much they are working on patches, content, and have no end game content.
