The frist ~120 server are mostly english speaking, so might wanna join one of those.
But the people there will be very far ahead of you.

Hi, my friend Server 1325 has a big English/international house going top players are at 300-400K because whales but it is pretty recent but there also a lot of Chinese players in other houses.

I am looking for an English House somewhere below (and close to) server 1336. I am currently there and the entire server is Chinese speaking. Can anyone please suggest a server looking for 3 active English speaking players?

1302 has a lot of english speaking players in green and orange. We are currently rank 2 and 3 in kingdom power. I‘m one of the leaders of the green faction and everyone is more than welcome. We‘ve won every clash of fate so far too. If you are interested or if you have any questions just message me ingame.(In case you didnt know you can just make a new low level account on 1302 and talk to me. ) My ingame-name is the same like here.

It's better if you guys wait for forum or other group starting big house in New server... Moving to lower server is not a practical solution untill you reach at least level 40 castle or is server with range -2 max.
The international players flow is currently too small for any balance to be possible.
