Hey guys, first time using this forum.. I apologize now if I'm not in the right section.

So I switched realms a little while back and am on a realm that I believe is 5 weeks old. On my last realm I remember there being an event that had a Jacques Skin as a final reward.

Does this event come in a certain number of weeks after a realm opens? Been trying like heck to Google the answer but with no luck.

In general events like this are all the beginnings of the month.
