Me and a few friends have tested countless defence unit compositions and believe that the following seems to be the best line up atm:

1. Before unlocking golden units: Silver archers, Spearman, Chargers, Scropids, spiders and tanks (if its a bit heavy on resource or honour then skip some spearman and the tank from dwarf and have silver archers, scropids and spiders as main focus, use charges to spend those red gems)

2. Late game golden units: 3+ golden archers, 8+ spiders, 4+ scropids, 8+ chargers, and 8+ tanks. Currently at the same level of units, no1 has beaten this defence!

nice to see you on the forums as well Rand. while the early game defense how early are we talking? castles 1-10? any ideas for midgame? currently on midgame in 62 and trying a vast amount of different things, thinking about wasting my extra honor and going human just to add plenty of silver archers as they are the best and I already have prince rank already so honor is useless
also noooo 45 yellow has way too many >.> already in first place!
