Anyone have a translation of the next patch notes? I believe then went out on WeChat already but haven't seen anyone translate it yet.

I think they are afaid to bring up the patch notes early as people will be more eager to vote 1* in App store/Play store

Mostly this. I think the first few will be fun but after that it will likely devolve into back alley deals, backstabbing and the usual political garbage.
