You can reset any hero that can hold a stuff a lot of times, get the exp cards, then put "Magister's Rod" and in no time all your heroes are lvl 50. Each resets gives you 20% more exp that you can use on other heroes.
The only viable will be transfer of experience, ability points and stats. Similar to troop conversion.

You didn't read carefully bro . OP already stated that xp should be excluded from those resets. Your idea for xp transfer isn't bad either as it will boost hero sales.

Only other flaw I can see is if players reset 2 or more heroes in short period of time and put everything on one stronger hero.This will seriously affect early-mid game. May be if such reset is limited to lvl 38 or 40 heroes it could statisfy maxed players and won't cause imbalances for castles bellow 30.

thats why he is suggesting not to reset the exp. It takes a while to catch a hero up on levels, but ability points and stat cards take a ridiculous amount of time. If you swap to human from lich, you suddenly need hundreds of command for avalon, virion, and possibly Elena, not to mention well over 100 ability points as well. All the while, your Rose is likely sitting on 80 ability points and maxed command, Gan should have maxed command, and you may have spent command and ability points on gazul for your bronze skeleton army. All of these are completely useless as human. You are basically taking a 3 or 4 month set back on points and cards, and we all know that in 3 to 4 months you will need even more stats and ability points for when they raise the caps again or release some broken ass hero.
