Discussion regarding change to revenge feature

Today Lilith implemented several big change to gameplay mechanics without a period of notification to players (which in itself is already bad), but the 2nd change to revenge function is the one I want to discuss:
"To better ensure Commanders who like to duel and siege don't miss out on chances to counterattack, we are adding an "Attackers" list to the leader board menu that will show the Commanders who have attacked you within the past 7 days. From this list, you will be able to directly launch counterattacks against your opponents or share a link inviting an organized raid counterattack to your friends as well as House and group chat channels. The window to counterattack is open for only 7 days."

So to summarize, the big changes are:
1. You get attacked once, and can send link to all kingdom to counter attack the attacker, from previously just your house.
2. The window to counter attack increase 7 times, from 1 day to 7 days.

Now, here's the my whining: Are you effing serious?
This feature is a godsend if you are in the dominance kingdom that occupied 99% of map (which is so common across server nowadays, thanks to the server merge announcement months ago), but if you are the underdog kingdom, you are royally fucked. If I attack one weaker guy in the dominance kingdom to gain resources, which is the only way for the weak kingdom to have any growth, the raided guy can just send my coordinate for the top 3 in that kingdom to fuck me, even if they are not in the same house. Now if my friends in the weaker kingdom want to help me retaliate, they will be fucked by this feature as well.

In conclusion, this feature will solidify the dominance kingdom hold on 99% of map, and cut off hope for the weaker kingdom to fight back.
Lilith, did you think of this feature in a vacuum without any context of actual reality?

for the life of me I don't understand Lilith anymore. Why would they do this? no more robbing from capital as well, is an overstep.

Something had to be done about robbers... speaking as someone who helps dominate a server... robbers could just run around robbing free of any kind of good counter measure. Even peace treaty failed because robbers would just run around at full speed robbing and people couldn't even attack to waste their energy. I was thinking something more down the lines of making so that a robbed caravan just changed banners and direction giving a chance for the original owner to go win it back... but this will do... now robbers need to come out from under their rock and give players a chance to get their resources back from their city. Same with the 7 day attacks... oh so often I would see someone attack and destroy a weak city, and then just toss up shield that could last the duration of their 24 hours. that comes to an end now. I guess the idea is, if you can't defend it, don't attack it.

But instead, what they've just given us (based on the change log) is: If you can't defense against the whales of the dominance kingdom wreaking your town, don't you dare hitting even one player in the dominance kingdom

How do you think people in kingdoms grow without having dungeons/carts of their own? Nuff said. You are just thinking about your own carts. If its troublesome then escort. In most servers leaving capital results in 10+ higher lvl castles hitting you instantly kicking you back to capital so you cant raid, new attack log makes that even worse for weaker kingdoms, no carts to rob means no loot to build armies and siege and duel basically meaning game over

Maybe you should try to play not in dominating kingdom, but in one of others. It will be very interesting to see how you survive there now.

I say there is no chance to survive in non - dominating kingdoms now.

Robbing a cart takes less then 50% of its resources. It is a minor nuisance to dominant kingdoms that can be resolved by escorting wagons. If you legit don't want any possibility of ever being taken down just throw your money at a slot machine instead.

I agree with the general sentiment in this thread. This change is potentially really bad. Does anyone know how long this new revenge timer lasts for? Also if you use the feature to fight someone does that flag you for revenge as well?

One thing that i do appreciate which hasn't been mentioned is the ability to farm the void while being in the capital. This is actually a legitimate good change so i do want to give Lilith their fair shrift.

Worst update ever. Now if you have got enemies you will stay at capitol for 7 days, everyday rob and wiped without chance to heal.
Everyone have got some enemies. We took down enemy king last night, and now he is in deep shit. Alliance guiled 5 min after patch killed his 11 gold units that he healed using speed boost and 20k wall, and we are able to doing it for 7 days every min ? O.o
I should be happy for that but to be honest WORST UPDATE EVER. Now when he heale some troops he will be destroyed again, he cant collect loot because he will be rob again. 7 days he can not log to the game because its game over for him.
7 days without building, research, healing ? Even if you were in top after 7 days you will be not able to come back to game.
DELETE THAT ATTACKER LIST

Lol, now dominate kingdom could take thé whole map with their alt account....

I dont know but is they thinking of conséquences of this bad update ? You fired... Lol
