Anyone else having issues with technical support being too slow or not resolving issues in game. Hope i game dev can chase up on this.

Support only sends tickets to other department depending on your issue, that's why the process and decision making is slow. But yeah, I have to admit they're really slow on replying. I'm sure they could use more staff that really provides a real impact on the players' problems.

they are beyond hopeless. No help to most issues and typically take 6 days to respond with something entirely unrelated to what you have asked or given them.

Really unbelievable considering its a top grossing app of the month on the store. Not only that but its evident there are a lot of exploits in game going on and even if you record a video for them they still take ages to reply
