Not to throw a huge wrench in things but I want to point out that apparently you can also get a flawless creation on items. I've only had it happen once and below is the result so i don't know if it is for all items or just some of them. Anyways, just wanted to let you know.

Hand of wisdom is actually amazing on heroes that have buff auras e.g. Avalon or Nora - just 2 of them gives 20 command + 16 stamina simply from your trinkets. They are also very good for getting stats up on your heroes in order to craft other items.

and it's finaly done , we gathered the stats and effects from every item , and pre requisistes for most of them thanks everyone for their contribuition

ONLY ITEM MISSING IS THE DRAGONSBANE HELM...

all my accounts have 7/8 legendary helmet recipes with only this one missing... something doesn't feel right.

I'd love to see which stat can have a flexible roll. Like on the helmet for vega for example, the command stat is flexible and can roll differently when created.
