I have a problem with a purchase, I linked my account, and I linked my master card in the google play, so when I want to purchase patron or heroes, it says your google play account is not secure, or it says you must update your google play, so when I contacted with Lilith game they told me you must wait then you can purchase, im waiting around 6 days but no result, can anybody help me please, I need to have more powerful heroes like Jaques and ban.

It usually happens when switching devices. I don't know of way around it and it can stick for long long time.
Should be off once you played few days but only way I found around it is order from my previous device. You may also try removing and adding the purchase method(credit card).
