Who have this hero is there any place where he shines high above others? Like Tholin in raids, Gizmo in HOL etc.

Best use of him I've seen so far is on Arena Stall Defense teams. I suppose he'd solid vs any team, Arena or PvE, that relied on fast attacks. Or, against slow attacking teams to make them even slower.
