Hi all,

This has been a problem on my end for a whole month now, both in Arena and Epic Arena. It doesn't matter whether I win or lose the match, it would not be recorded and the battle history would not be updated. However, my cool down timer comes into effect, and I lose one of my daily attempts.

Sometimes, at critical times, especially before the 12:00PM Arena rewards, I would see myself win the battle, but my rank doesn't change, and there is no record of it.

This is a problem I've brought up over and over again to Lilith, and it seems that nothing is being fixed about it. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have video proof of this too, it became so annoying that I had to record the entire process for the dev team. Yes, it happened to me again today, 3 times...

Let me know your thoughts, and or, if you have any solutions to this problem.

I'd suggest you to re-install the game because I've never encountered that issue. Also haven't heard in our LINE chat from anyone about this. Make sure you know your login informations before killing the app

How can I direct this bug to the LINE chat? I can post the video here on the forum to see. I guess I may be the only one facing this issue.

As a paying player, it really sucks to see one of these major features bug out on me every day at 12PM.

[EDIT] Oh yes, btw, I have re-installed the app. Many times. It happens on two of my devices, mobile, and tablet.

I confirm, the same problem! Particularly annoying to the epic arena!!

I have received multiple reports of this happening from friends. And they are all playing in newer servers. So maybe this problem is server related.

This cannot have anything to do with reinstalling the client btw. The rank and match history are managed server side the client has no control over it.

It started 2 months ago. And occasionally it happened. But in the last 2 days 3/5 of attempts at epic arena are not saved not loged.
Reinstall the game, will see help it or not.

It only has happened to me once and it was 2 days ago. But I've seen here many posts reporting that, don't know why it is said that is a new prroblem.

It keeps happening, they report they working on it. Well, seems not so easy.

Interesting that this bug is occurring that often. Unfortunately it's Chinese New Year currently and Lilith is out until February 5th. So they won't tackle this issue before the 6th

Its happening very often, like 2/3 times daily.
I may live with arena bug but in epic arena u got only 5 chances. So even wasting 2 attempts is bad.

I hope it will be fixed soon.
