I'm so happy I got 5x 30 stamina meatballs, 150 stamina Yaayyyyyyyy! And 1000 diamonds when we lost 500 of update, 300 of arena, 100 of mines. LOOOOOL Lilith you screwed everything up those 2 days. Even the compensation is terrible, WTF.... Please at least you could give us, I don't know, one free hero to choice, one free item to choice, i dont know but not... 5 Meatballs.... Really...

Well I'm so mad, you can lock, delete this post, I just want you to know I'm mad. I managed to upgrade lot of my heroes 91, Orange+1 with 4items yesterday, 2M7 damages on realm of ancient. Did my COF, my mines, my daily quests, get new high scores on guild raids, and you give us 5 **** Meatballs??? Really? Double drop/ss is not even working. Well thank you Lilith for taking care of your players. I'm VIP 15, I REGRET so much I invested that much in that game. I'll never buy a single Diamond again, to receive 5 Meatballs when you screw everything up. It's the pot calling the kettle black !

Really, we only got 500 diamonds since they already gave us 500 yesterday for the extended maintenance that were lost to the void.

Too bad there are numerous people who'll buy weak hunters for 300$ to just get smacked by me (look at sig). If people weren't buying hunters, they'd, you know, fix their stuff?

It's like selling weak drugs. If I know 10 buyers, and 9 will pay double, why would I bother increase the potency or cater to the lone rebel?

That analogy doesn't work, a normal DLC for a triple A game is 10 to 20$- season passes for 30$, and new characters (3d models you actually control, not a super nintendo auto battle sprite) is usually 5$.

So if you had 10 people, and 1 of them spent 20x to 60x for cheaper drugs, why would you stop? Amazing, that's why they don't care. Instead of nut riding the fools who show off thier new weak as balls 3/4 junk hunter, single them out and kick/leave their guild. Otherwise you are part of the problem.

So for my self what did I loose:
1. Loggin reward so 750k gold lost
2. Rewards from mines gone! (2days of mining lost)
3. 1600 team exp from stamina resets.. So its gone as well..
4. 920 team exp from dailies -> GONE!
5. 400-600 diamonds from raiding (breaking records) guess what.... Gone!
6. Arena 300diamond reward as well..
7. Had to re do chapter 11 because of the back roll (or whatever it was called)
8. You hh yeah ! 100 diamonds from mining went missing as well!
9. After "fixing stuff" double item drop event didnt work for me so yeah..
10. What else.. What else... Hmmm... Oh yeah! Trust to the game devs also kinda gone but still playing than its ok I guess
11. Recieving compensation - 1k diamonds + some gold + few cheese... Hmmm I felt like a little boy which got scammed by evil older kids... That was completely inadequate compensation Im not greedy but spending 400+€ in a game and as a result recieving 1k fcking diamonds was just upsetting.. ;(


So.. What can I say, guys in the future just test your game before maintenance.. And please think of people who are paying you if you loose them than its game over..

Be happy guys. Tbh, this the only Android game since I started playing that gives prizes, freebies after an update/maintenance is complete. Well this case is exclusive due to issues that affected our gameplay. None of the other games I have played before had ever sent coins, virtual currency, items, etc. to compensate their customers for such a long wait. They announced a sorry message and told players to keep buying pixels.

I am not closing this topic and I think that criticism is always welcome. I do understand that many players are very disappointed about the rollback, and you have the right to be. I am very sorry that this was the only choice we had to fix a very serious game issue. Regarding the compensation we sent the same compensation to all the players so it's really hard to satisfy players from levels that can differ a lot, that played more or less after the update, etc.

We are opening Dojo & Caverns this Saturday and Sunday, Double Drops events are opened too (normal and heroic), starting monday you will be able to enjoy a nice Olympic related event and I will come up with more events for the coming week. I hope that at least you guys can farm items you need and progress in the game. Please also remember that all the players were affected by the rollback, so we didn't specifically try to make you loose game progress or things you accomplished.

Again, I am very sorry about it. Will do my best to compensate you guys with more events and activities this next week.
