Lost account Support response times

What should i expect from support in this game? I reported my account lost via built in support and they asked for screenshots which I provided. Almost two days later there is no update and I still can't access my account. They recommend contacting via Facebook but I do not have Facebook account and planning on creating one. Hence asking for help here.

I have been playing fine on BlueStacks emulator for over a month maybe two. Then I downloaded Soul Hunters to my Android phone and you could actually see my game on my PC glitching (flickering and such) while I sat in front of my monitor trying to set up the game on my phone. None of the server info seems to matter (which I may remember correctly( nor my team name which I readily recall.

Restoration of my account should be easy because I have made for in-game purchases which are tied to one email address.

The company is based in Shanghai. Do they have game programmers there that can help us?

I ve lost my account.cant login with facebook account.it makes me start from ┼čvl 1 and cant see my party.Im from server 117 Batrider.My ingame username is Sehzade.pls help me retrieve my account.

for a "missing prizes" problem I had to wait 1 month.
I hope you can get your account back sooner!

I had just the same problem.. I used to play as Guest, but suddenly I started over. I had to log out though, and try all options; Login with name/email and password, as Guest, With Facebook or Google+. It turned out I had to use Facebook, even though I usually went in as Guest. I don't feel safe, though, as I would feel more secure if I was to login with e-mail, via Google Play or something like that.

especially if you spend real money, you better login with both facebook and google+

Some update. One week later and issue is still not resolved. I think I contacted them via all channels that are possible. Sent e-mail to service@lilith.sh - no response. Contacted via builtin support chat - got response asking for screenshot which was provided. Silence since than from that channel. Created FaceBook account and got response on my PM basically saying come later our devs are on weekend/sleeping - no further responses.
