Ult Charge Speeds and Star Levels

Hello All,

Does anyone have a definitive # on how much energy is requires for ults, and how Star level effects it?

I'm guessing 1,000 energy for ults up to 6* then more?

I have been hearing that 7* effects ult charge speeds but can't find anything concrete #s.

Any insight is welcomed.

1000 energy from 1* to 7*. The fact that ultimates load slower is because with higher stars you get more defensive stats - thus resulting in less damage incoming, resulting in less energy gained by suffered attacks.

sup +1 agree,
1000 points of energy = you can see it when your hero gets killing blow +300 energy 1/3 of energy bar fills, right?

Agreed completely, it also effect in HP healers.

That is good information.

Does anyone have input on whether there is a "sweet spot" with different heroes and stars? In other words, are some heroes better at six stars than seven stars?

In general, if a hero's performance is heavily dependent on their ult (Gizmo, Jasmine, people like that), and they don't take a lot of up front damage, leaving them at 6* is fine (or even advisable). I wouldn't do it too much, though. You have to think that they will eventually address this issue
