My old phone broke. It no longer turns on and I have been unable to get the correct help so far in either recovering the account or getting the main account transferred into a new account. I have spent entirely too much money on the game to not continue playing and receive my full enjoyment I earned by purchasing VIP lvl 10... Can anyone please help. I've been contacting customer support and I am getting no further.. thank you
