Who would like to see lilith make a conformation button for diamond purchases in the trader shop and other shops. Cause I know I've lost many diamonds from accidently pressing and not seeing that it was a diamond item until it was too late.

but chances of that happening is close to 0. Why do you think there's no sort function in the shops (sort by diamonds, sort of coins). Why do you think the items are randomly located, the one diamond item is generally surrounded by bunch gold items. This was probably done intentionally so you actually misclick and buy the item with diamonds. For the same reason that Customer Service does not provide you with a refund because you misclick. The generic response that I got was, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but the price is located at the bottom of every items. It is the player's responsibility to check the price before purchasing items."

I believe everything is possible if there will be enough complaints. Some parents even succeeded to sue Apple for children purchases (interesting how they proved that children did it )
But my topic received really low response, so seems everyone fine with this situation.

This had been mentioned several times now there is no official response from Liliith on this, I don't have a satisfactory reason to believe that this problem is intentional .but the mere fact that they refuse to improve game core performance and only focus on getting quick $$ make me believe that this is just pure greediness XD

I don't think we are fine with the situation, but just figured it out we are hopeless of that implementation xD I have almost bought many times a diamond item (even soulstones, just for missclicking). I would just curse everyone if I buy those red items by mistake xD I would like the confirmation window, but doubt it will be done because of what Fake stated.
I even made a post months ago for the uselessness of soulstones in the shops. You purchase them for diamonds and they are not even good heroes, it is always Alana or Ember or Leah (well, she is good). At least put some decent heroes to buy with diamonds.

Hopefully with enough backing we as players can show lilith they need to do what we ask. So don't give up just keep posting.

Yes, they need to bring order to their shop. In real shop goods at shelves not messed in dissaray))).
About SS in shop. I dont think they are useless. But they are horrible expensive, though. 40 diamonds for just one soulstone - its natural robbery! I like buying SS but only those, that cost gold. For other SS, i think 10-15 diamonds will be good enough. And SS of Elric and Ember must cost gold, like i suggest before in my post.
Button that you are suggest will be handy. Its always good to not waste accindentally diamonds, because they are costs real money.
