The most annoying thing, for me, is the mail box. It won't register anything in it until I log out and back in or force stop the game and restart. Twice I've had raid loot just sitting there for who knows how long....

Exactly. I wasted a lot of time and resources awakening Alana, hoping she'd be usable again. Nope.

The only time I've gotten her awakening skill to work consistently is when she's paired with Enrique, and then it's marginal. It's still a crapshoot whether she'll survive long enough to ult or not.....
