2. you wont get your refund using the Forum, the only way is talking to the customer service.

They are not always the fastest to react.

Im sure they will to something about rakan being so strong, at some point.

I am pretty sure there is no way to restore the account you lost.

Nope cant delete them.

1) use every single hero you have.

2) The stuff on the ground is collected without you having to do anything. For the reward for finishing the lvls you need to collect them.

3) Just keep playing the game you will get used to it.

4) Really just achievements.

5) The winner of that becomes emperor.

You only get that when getting attacked. And only sometimes, but I don't exactly know how it works, besides that it looks at the resources amount.

Doesnt have anything to do with Patrons, you sometimes get that after you would have lost a lot of resources after an attack.
