I don't know if it is an issue with your Server Bayerz as I completed Ch17 Normal 3starred all chapters at early lv95 and it wasn't thaaat difficult and completed Heroic mode at late Lv95. I used almost same combinations as you..i removed sylphi sometimes for Octo. less stars (5_6) and not maxed out...

When cyclop skin is activated on Aw. vernos, the plants do not get icebloom'ed, they stay normal plants. Basically Aw.Ability is not triggering when cyclop skin is equipped.

sylphi soulstones only open after hitting level 90, it is completely luckbased if they appear or not and even then on average is it is like 5 per day. How has Sarya been free, 6 stars can hardly be called free... unless you think that everyone has 20k diamonds to spend on a box hero. 5 star goram.....
