Arachna she is almost useful every where arena,prophecy pool,HOL and single target raids

Because he is new player and Garrick is good after purple and also he is focusing on physical damage and it's not that good early game magic damage much better early game till 72+

Remove Garrick and Bloodspear with Cara and Dokras and you will be fine
