I do understand the balancing purpose of timeouts. Maybe you are right that EA rules shouldn't replace the existing normal Arena system. Perhaps that goes too far. Both of my main guilds (one of which is Arclight's) raid 12 for loot and 14 with just 1 low-level hero for XP and dailies. Took us a few runs to get everyone in line, for sure. Another nice change could be added some nodes to some of the shorter raid dungeons. 13 and 14 both have only 6 nodes, while 12 has 8. The rest mostly have 7. Or maybe just use the Epic Arena rules for regular arena. Surviving heroes as first tiebreaker, dmg as the second. It is fair and would go a long way towards fixing this annoying issue.

I think Drago is the best straight-up tank. Overall, I like Tholin best, though. His wolves and speed boost provide significant boosts to team dmg and team dmg mitigation.

This should absolutely happen. 1 free pull/week. In addition, the 10x (4,000 gem) pull should guarantee a Hero card. This matches the other chest types, and is a reasonable amount to ask the player-base to spend.
