Also, towers should start "deteriorating" - dropping in level/strength when there are no members of the House still in City - we've got some cities with six towers, two level 40, that are ridiculously tough to take, but there are no actual residents of the city. Simply have towers strength...

Oh, and I also agree that alliances could break 12 or 24 hours before the vote, to allow for movement and changing allegiances - since city control is a central part of the king process, alts really should not be able to lock up the game as they do.
