So restart that thing, pick any heroic stages you want to and you're good to go.

You need to restart that quest due to new Awakening mechanics...

Currently they all are Event-Exclusive and won't coming back. That means there's no other way (Unless if they planned to make Hero trade Shop but you gonna use real currency to get those)

It's a known issue; probably because of Graphic Issue (Too High-res and caused low-end phones to crashed)
Just wait them to fix up the graphic issues.

Just make sure your phone is well connected (3G or 4G, WiFi is better).

It's a Translation typo; should be "Marvelous Chest", the same thing which in Event.

But with a twist: You can buy some SS from the Gift Heroes you already have (You can choose it).
