In addition to the phys-oriented tanks (Drago, Torsen, Leon), Dokras, Arachna, Jasmine, Vernos, Hanzo, Ezio, Enrique, Cara, and Ulfang are all good anti-phys heroes. Combos of roots, DoTs, blinds and high dodge rates. Roots are your friend vs phys enemies!

If you are just worried about Drago, single target/frontline magic users (Osiris, Mortus, Selene, Seraphone, etc) plus Arachna are the best bets. Avoid phys dmg because of his high resistance.

In general, if a hero's performance is heavily dependent on their ult (Gizmo, Jasmine, people like that), and they don't take a lot of up front damage, leaving them at 6* is fine (or even advisable). I wouldn't do it too much, though. You have to think that they will eventually address this issue
